Three Sheets In The Wind is a must read. Every character in this novel was needed to make this a good read. The personality of each character brought out the story well through humor and unusual personalities. The author did a good job of keeping you turning pages by creating enough interest to make you want to find out what is going to happen next. I got a kick out of the book and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys suspense novels or has an interest in the mental health field.
My favorite part of the book was how shocked everyone became when they found out Hiram, the attorney, had a daughter considering he’s totally off his rocker. This novel had a good mix of humor and sad moments. I can definitely see another sequel coming out to continue this entertaining story.
The focus was more on the professionals working at the hospital than the patients’ themselves which I found intriguing. It brought to mind that maybe some professionals in the mental health field work there because they have a quirky side. One character I want to see developed more in a future sequel is Sugar Foot Kent. I laughed out loud when I first read his name. You definitely will enjoy this novel! It’s an enjoyable read!
